Chosen Engravings primarily uses USPS for shipping. When items are in stock, most packages are sent by Priority Mail (2-3 day delivery) which includes tracking information. Media Rate (ie books) delivery may take 5-8 days depending on shipping zone. Though we attend to your order as quickly as possible, please, add one day for processing. Specialty items (ie large product, custom packaging) may take two days to process. We, also, provide a "We choose" option. This allows Chosen Engravings to provide the best option for us to mail the package while providing savings to the customer. Chosen Engravings reserves the right to use other carriers and will notify the customer should this occur. Chosen Engravings reserves the right to ship from anywhere.
